If for some reason the product does not fit, the customer can return it or exchange it within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.
To return goods to the store you must:
• Complete set: The product has not been used, has no damage, its packaging is intact, there are stickers on the product itself and the packaging, the set is complete.
• Consumables must be packaged and not previously used;
• The software of equipment running a pre-installed operating system must be reset by the client to factory settings independently.
• Availability of a warranty card for the product and a document confirming its payment (payment receipt/cheque/payment order).

Return and exchange procedure if the product is not suitable:

The client delivers to "Net-server" independently or by carrier Nova Poshta LLC at his own expense, goods and accompanying documents:
return applications for individuals / return applications for individual entrepreneurs or legal entities;
warranty card, copies of the document confirming payment for the goods.

Within 10 calendar days, "Net-server" makes a decision on the possibility of accepting the product for return or exchange:
2.1. If the decision is negative, the product, along with the warranty card, is returned to the client;
2.2. If the decision is positive, within 7 calendar days from the date of the decision:
2.2.1. The return invoice for the goods is sent to the client for signature in 2 copies (the copy signed by the client must be returned to Net-server);
2.2.2. After signing the return invoice, funds for the goods are transferred to the client in one of the following ways:
• To a bank card (if the goods were paid for by card);
• To the bank account of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity (if paid earlier from the corresponding bank account);
• Cash (for cash payment).
3. The exchange of one product for another is formalized as a new sale.
