The Corning CCADGE-B1002-A020-C0 is a ready-to-use Category 5e Ethernet patch cord for connecting equipment in structured cabling systems. It connects computers, servers, switches, Wi-Fi routers, patch panels, and network outlets equipped with RJ45 interfaces.
This 2-meter patch cord supports Ethernet data rates of 10, 100, and 1000 Mbps. It is suitable for home networks, offices, server rooms, and data centers.
Copper Conductors and RJ45 Connectors
The patch cord uses an unshielded U/UTP cable with four twisted pairs, comprising eight 26 AWG copper conductors. Both ends feature RJ45 connectors with protective boots that help reduce mechanical stress where the cable enters each connector.
The pre-terminated design allows immediate connection without crimping or installation tools.
Low-Smoke, Zero-Halogen LSZH Jacket
The outer cable jacket and protective boots are made from LSZH — Low Smoke Zero Halogen material. This material produces limited smoke and contains no halogens, making it suitable for indoor installations, including areas housing network equipment.
