📦 Return of Goods in Proper Condition

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", you can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • the item has not been used;

  • the product's appearance and packaging are intact;

  • a receipt or invoice is provided;

  • the item is not included in the list of non-returnable goods (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 from 19.03.1994).

⚠️ Return of Defective Goods

According to Article 8 of the same law, if the product is defective, you have the right to:

  • free repair of defects;

  • exchange for a similar product;

  • terminate the purchase agreement and get a full refund.

🕒 Warranty

Most of our products come with a warranty of 6 to 36 months. The exact duration is listed on the product page or warranty certificate.

🚚 How to Return a Product

  2. Confirm the return or exchange details.

  3. Ship the product back or visit our Kyiv office.

  4. After inspection, we will issue a refund or replacement within 3 working days.
