Main specifications

Design features

The cabinet is designed for standard 19-inch rack equipment installed in rack units. Its 600 mm cabinet depth provides space for compatible network and telecom devices and cable organization. Before installing servers, UPS units or other deep equipment, check the actual mounting depth and allow clearance for connectors, cables and airflow.

Glass doors allow visual equipment monitoring without opening the cabinet. Additional airflow or forced ventilation should be considered for active equipment with higher heat output.

С-42U-06-06С-BK is a practical solution for professional organization of 19-inch network and telecommunications equipment, protection of network nodes and structured cable management.

Frequently asked questions

1. Is the cabinet compatible with standard 19-inch equipment?

Yes. It is designed for standard 19-inch rack equipment with a total rack capacity of up to 42U.

2. What does 42U mean?

U is the standard rack unit used to measure the height of server and telecommunications equipment. This model provides 42 rack units.

3. What do the 600x600 mm dimensions mean?

600 mm is the cabinet width and 600 mm is its overall depth. Usable internal mounting depth may differ, so deep equipment should be checked before installation.

4. Can a server or UPS be installed?

Yes, provided its dimensions, mounting depth, mounting method and weight are compatible with the cabinet, rails or selected shelf.

5. Can non-rack-mount equipment be installed?

Yes. A compatible 19-inch rack shelf can be used, selected according to the required depth and load capacity.

6. Are cooling fans required?

Natural airflow may be sufficient for low-heat equipment. A ventilation unit should be considered for active equipment with higher heat output.

7. Where can this cabinet be used?

Offices, server rooms, technical rooms, retail facilities, telecom nodes, CCTV installations and other sites using 19-inch equipment.

8. Can the cabinet be installed outdoors?

Outdoor installation is appropriate only for models specifically designed and rated by the manufacturer for outdoor use. A standard server cabinet should be installed in a dry indoor environment.
