The 10G 10GBASE-BX BiDi WDM optical SFP+ module is designed for data transmission at speeds of up to 10 Gbps over a single single-mode optical fiber. Thanks to BiDi WDM (Bidirectional Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology, transmission and reception are performed over one fiber using different wavelengths.
The module operates at TX1330 nm / RX1270 nm, features an LC Simplex optical connector, and supports transmission distances of up to 20 km. For proper operation, it must be paired with a compatible TX1270/RX1330 nm module.
DOM (Digital Optical Monitoring) support allows monitoring of the transceiver's operating parameters through compatible networking equipment, simplifying diagnostics and maintenance.
